The small dress form shown here is a toddler size 3/4 and the larger is child size 6/8.
However, the neck opening fits up to a 22.5 inch head. 

This design is for stitching the neck opening…the process is very easy and complete directions are included.
Any size towel can be used.

This is done in the same process as an applique. The placement lines will stitch out and that includes the centering marks. Super easy!
